STEM and Lesson Design





 1st and 2nd Year Educators - Growing Young Educators Program

Review of book study and allowing them to have copies of the book.
Allowing Brett to take the lead as well as utilizing as aspiring educator, Jennifer Martin to help facilitate learning. 



1st and 2nd Year Teachers going into grade level classrooms to observe:  Look for's lesson design, modeling, classroom management. . .what do you see in common with your classroom, what are some areas in which you feel you need to grow.  What are your take aways from the visits?


STEM Lesson Design Days

*look for different components from the Lesson Design (essential questions, enduring understandings, learning rubric)  
*evidence of learning - - learner/educator environment.  
*Is it a flexible learning environment?
*What can you incorporate in your classroom?  
*Ideas for your classroom?

Bring:
**copy of educator evaluation
(Looking for......learning environment, lesson design and assessment)
**take notes as you go from class to class

**Spend at least 10 minutes in each class you visit
